Beim SaintWhoo Festival realisierte Philipp Geist eine immersive Projection-Mapping-Installation, die das historische Schloss Wartensee in eine lebendige Lichtarchitektur verwandelte. Über zwei Nächte reagierten farblich modulierte Bildsequenzen auf Fassadenstruktur, Topografie und Sichtachsen – die Architektur wurde zur Projektionsfläche, der Außenraum zum atmosphärischen Resonanzkörper.

Licht, Bewegung und Farbe zeichneten dynamische Schichten über Mauerwerk und Konturen, sodass Geschichte und Gegenwart in einen temporären, poetischen Dialog traten. Die Arbeit nutzte präzise Mapping-Punkte, rhythmische Übergänge und malerische Abstraktion, um zwischen See und Himmel eine ortsspezifische Bildwelt zu entfalten.

At the SaintWhoo Festival, Philipp Geist created an immersive projection mapping installation that transformed the historic Wartensee Castle into a living canvas. Over two nights, color-modulated image layers responded to the façade’s structure, the site’s topography and lines of sight—turning architecture into atmosphere and space into an experiential field of light.

Through calibrated mapping points, rhythmic transitions and painterly abstraction, the work merged heritage and the present moment into a poetic dialogue—an ephemeral architecture of light unfolding between lake and sky.
